Buying a vehicle from Vertu Land Rover Bradford has honestly been a breeze. From the first day I walked in they were nothing but polite, friendly and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by Louise Walker who actually found me the perfect car in the end after going forwards and backwards with different ideas and options. She always had a smile on her face, and made the experience very personal instead of it being a boring car sale!
Louise has been fantastic from start to finish, my V5 cert took a while to come through but she was nothing but helpful. Checking in and making sure everything was ok. She ensured that everything was ok with the vehicle, even after a few weeks of owning it and when I have popped back into store for other reasons she was always quick to help and rectify the situation. I would highly recommend this branch for your next car purchase. We will definitely be returning!

After visiting a number of Land Rover dealerships searching for my preferred Land Rover Evoque, my last port of call was in Bradford - where fortunately, I found my ideal vehicle. I met firstly the local manager Andrew and his colleague in training and once I had chosen the car Holly Hinckley (Sales Executive) dealt with the administrative aspect. It was quite clear that Holly was so professional in her role, including her courteous and accommodating manner. Holly was also competent in her knowledge of vehicles and kindly showed myself the workings and features of the car prior to my leaving.
